Frequently asked questions

Are there limits on records or submissions?
No. Pages, boards, records, and submissions are unlimited on every plan, including Free. What changes as you upgrade is what you can connect — API access, webhooks, and AI agent access start on the Builder plan.
What's an "API key" and why does it matter for pricing?
API keys are how AI agents and automations (n8n, Claude, custom scripts) connect to Snapi through its MCP server or REST API. The Free plan has no API access; Builder includes 1 API key; Team and Business include multiple, so running more agents doesn't mean buying more keys.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from inside the Snapi app under Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Are taxes and VAT included in the listed price?
Prices shown are exclusive of tax. Applicable taxes (including VAT for EU customers and GST/HST for Canadian customers) are calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing address and added to the total. Snapi uses Paddle as its payment processor, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles all tax collection and remittance on our behalf.
What is your refund policy?

Who processes payments?
Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment infrastructure provider. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, which means your billing statement will show a charge from Paddle, not Snapi directly. Paddle handles PCI compliance, fraud protection, and global tax remittance.
Is there an Enterprise plan?
We work with larger teams and organizations on a case-by-case basis, including options for higher submission limits, additional seats, SLA agreements, and self-hosted deployments. Contact us to discuss your needs.
